USA - New York - Blue haze over Wall Street after 9/11
The Monday morning following the attacks on the World Trade Center on Septmber 11th we see a dust-filled haze on Wall Street to where city financiers returned to their office desks to find their city skyline missing the Twin Towers and Manhattan in a state of perpetual shock and still under a mist of smoke from the debris at Ground Zero. To celebrate the near-return to financial normality, New Yorkers' spirit was proved intact by the hanging of US flags from buildings.
