Locals from the Loughborough Estate try to catch a glimpse of the Queen as she makes a brief visit to the Ebony Horse Club at Loughborough Junction, Brixton, London. Accompanied by the Duchess of Cornwall, Her Majesty watched an equestrian demonstration in one of the most disadvantaged inner city neighbourhoods in the country where there is a historic legacy of under-achievement in schools, high rates of teenage pregnancy and negative stereotypes of young people, gang violence and drug related crime.
