Lifeguards in the seaside resort of Lowestoft practise the recovery position and resuscitation to a volunteer seaside victim. As one starts chest compressions, the other holds on the mouth before continuing mouth-to-mouth. Passing time is vital if they are to start a heart and get air into the brain.
