In the British Airways Galleries First lounge at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5, an unseen business passenger hides his face while reading the Business section of the Daily Telegraph. With his laptop perched across his knees the anonymous man sits by a window where natural light is a feature of this exclusive facility (only available to passengers travelling in First and Gold Executive Club members) designed by Artwise.
